The National Lottery’s mission consists of organising public lotteries, betting, contests and games of chance, and its management contract furthermore has entrusted it with the parallel mission of being a socially responsible public operator.

The Nationale Loterij was looking for a solid partner who could support them during the selection of a new Secretariat for Social payroll processing and to implement a full SAP HCM environment, including integration (via interface) to the Social Secretary. The scope of the project included elements like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Registration, ESS and MSS, Travel & Expenses, Performance Management (evaluations), e-Recruiting and integration with payroll calculation. YOU Consulting also implemented Nakisa Org Charting (SOVN) for the visualization of the organizational structure.
