H2R is the SAP HR project of NMBS and its related companies (NMBS-Holding, Infrabel and NMBS) to harmonize the HR processes across entities. A new H2R system (with a full HR scope) is implemented during this long range program. Included in the scope were: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, CATS, Time Management, Learning Solution (including the setup of SAP E-Learning), Competence Management and Performance Management using Adobe Interactive Forms. All these modules are fully integrated in the SAP Portal.
